JWI Solutions is a digital solutions company that provides corporations with customized microservice architecture plans based on individual clients’ needs
and goals. They are a part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) industry and are based in Shenzhen, China.

The challenge

JWI Solution’s objective was to go from a local to a global company. Accomplishing this required them to recreate their digital image. They had ambitious plans to expand their business into different global markets while also making a statement in their local markets.

They needed to stand apart from their competitors, but at the same time illustrate that they were already utilizing best-in-class approaches in order to meet the requirements of innovative corporations in a multinational market.

Innovation as experience

Our approach was to come up with a dynamic brand experience that felt as innovative as their technology solutions.. After becoming familiar with the existing brand and the mid to long-term goals of the company, we found a unique brand promise and synthesized a strategy.

We were tasked with re-imagining their information architecture and restructuring the content in order to tell the story of JWI and their platforms’ trademark ingenuity while doing so in an easy-to-digest manner.

We also rewrote the content to create a professional and friendly tone, focusing on implementing key words to boost their SEO.

Finally, to successfully inform and educate users about JWI’s unique platform, we created a section that broke down the platforms’ various aspects and capabilities — all in step with the new design system we developed for them.

The result

JWI’s visitors tripled over the course of 5 months. By elevating the digital experience, we were able to create an immersive experience that was easy to follow and successfully showcased JWI as a disruptive global challenger in the industry.
